COVID-19 Patient Safety Procedures


We are implementing additional safety protocols to ensure our patients and staff remain safe throughout the collection process.

Scheduling Your Visit


If your color is called or if you need to provide a urine specimen, please follow these steps to schedule a visit.

Mobile Van Collections

  • Our mobile van Client Care Assistants will call you to schedule your collection between the hours of  8am-9am on the day of your required collection.
  •  If you do not hear from them by 9am in the morning, please call 802-233-3046

Patient Service Center Collections

  • CALL: The Aspenti Scheduling line is 802-861-0325. Schedulers are available Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. We recommend that patients call between 9am-12pm for same day appointments. The scheduler will help identify the best time and location for your collection based on availability
  • ARRIVE EARLY: Once your collection has been scheduled, please be sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your visit and check in at the front desk.

TeleCollections Service

  • CALL: The Aspenti Scheduling line is 802-861-0325. Schedulers are available Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. We recommend that patients call between 9am-12pm for same day appointments. The scheduler will help identify the best time for your TeleCollection based on availability.
  • How to Connect to Your Appointment: Once you have scheduled a TeleCollection appointment, you will receive an email with a link to connect to your scheduled appointment.

Prior to visiting the Aspenti Patient Service Center

  • HEALTH CHECK: As a part of our COVID-19 protocols, our schedulers will ask you the following questions:
    • Do you have symptoms of COVID-19?
    • Do you have a temperature of 100.4 or above?
    • Have you been ordered by your doctor to quarantine?
    • Are you living with anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or ordered to quarantine by their doctor?
  • MASK REQUIRED: Arrive wearing a face mask. Your mask must remain on during the entire visit.
  • ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

What to Expect During Your Visit?


At the Patient Service Center, please adhere to the following guidelines:

CHECK IN: Check in at the front desk.
SOCIAL DISTANCE: Maintain 6 feet between you and other patients in line waiting to be checked in and in the seating area. If proper distancing cannot be maintained, please wait outside until other patients complete their visit.
AVOID CONTACT: Hold your Insurance and ID information up to the window for the Aspenti staff to read and process your information.
EXTRA TIME: Please note your visit may take longer than usual as we implement critical COVID-19 safety procedures.
